The Infini-Tea Spot in Design Process
CAD Drawing
3d printout of the steel tubing shape for the internal fabricated structure. After the cart base is stripped, this steel structure will be welded on to the chassis.
With this as the foundational shape, we can now attach our woven tubing matrix, perfect to flush out our outer skin design.
Woven tubing mesh that will encase our addressable LEDs as well as provide the framework for holding our tiles.
Sculpted Feather Scale tiles are lightweight and flexible. These are the unpainted tiles. This example is one of our tile design layouts for the front and back of faces of the car.
This is a lightly painted example of the tile with the uplighting our matrix will provide.
These tiles have a subtle paiinted gold edging, (Will be upgraded to gold leaf for more dramatic shine and contrast.)

Fabrication Process Pics
This extended golf cart is getting tougher suspension, clutch and other upgrades to take the weight before the thing gets stripped and ready for fabrication.

After acquiring the metal, our first go at bending the curves goes off!!
Welds complete for the main body frame, and Strength Testing!

Pneumatic Train Whistle with multiple notes creates a pleasing sound, reminiscent of a lovely kettle steaming on the ready, letting nearby folks know its tea time! Choo Chooooo!
Onboard small air compressor powers the whistle and great for the occasional dust off.

Come get cozy on the beautiful rug, grab yourself a lovely seat.
High quality teas will be served in a traditional inspired Gong Fu style tea service in the spirit of our home on the Playa, Full Circle Tea House. Thanks to loving donors of beautiful teas! (Also likely chocolates and cookies!)
